Wildfire suppression requires efficient and precise intervention technologies. To address limitations in range and accuracy of conventional firefighting methods, this paper proposes an integrated design solution for a guided fire suppression rocket. The design incorporates an aerodynamically optimized airframe structure (with rudder configuration) and optimized control laws to ensure stable low-altitude flight and attitude control. The development process adopts Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodology, encompassing aerodynamic simulations (CFD), structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing – delivering results that closely approximate physical testing outcomes.
